    Arsalan Chaudhry case: Kamran Khan appears before SC

    Islamabad: Senior journalist Kamran Khan on Thursday appeared before the Supreme Court of Pakistan to record his statement in a case pertaining to allegations against Arsalan Chaudhry, a son of Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry.

    A three-judge bench headed by the CJ resumed the hearing.

    Earlier on Wednesday, the court had summoned Kamran Khan and ordered him to produce the whatever he had regarding the alleged corruption of CJ’s son.

    “We watch you daily but your are watching us today, ” Justice Khilji told the senior anchor of the country’s leading TV channel Geo News.

    “I salute the Supreme Court of Pakistan, i highlights court’s role against corruption,” Khan said.

    ‘Nothing is above the Supreme Court’s dignity” he said. The court asked what Malik Riaz had told him about Arsalan Chaudhry.
